A Capitol Wedding

This fun couple was up-beat and organized from the first time we met them. Such a beautiful day full of really well-planned experiences and tons of truly unique moments. Their friends and family surrounded them with touching offerings, much laughter, and loving support on their special day. The party began as soon as they got into the limo, and was even more spirited after we enjoyed some quick photos right in front of the Capitol Building at sunset. The dancing lasted long into the night (Powered by the amazing Elite Showband), and the love will surely last a lifetime.

The Capitol

Brian and I had a private guided tour of our nation's Capitol Building in Washington, DC while photographing our latest couple, Kim and Dan. We really tried to capitalize (yes,... my pun was bad, but unavoidable) on the architecture of this historic and significant building for our adorable, patriotic couple. I must say, my patriotism received a boost of it's own from seeing the musket balls embedded in the stairs from 1812 and to all the valuable and beautiful artwork commissioned to celebrate our remarkable country.
